Laya Heights

Laya Heights is a nine-storey residential complex located in Dubai Studio City. The project was developed by Akshara Global and is expected to be completed in 2023. The development offers luxury accommodations and a comfortable living environment. The architectural design features a central block and two side blocks. The facade is distinguished by its unusual balcony design, which features horizontal lines that are highlighted using different colours.
