Developer Danube, in partnership with the FashionTV brand, has begun construction on the Fashionz skyscraper. The first thing that impresses upon encountering the project is the architectural aesthetic of the 63-story tower with a five-story podium, underground parking, and a luxurious rooftop lounge with panoramic views. In addition to its grand scale and smooth façade lines, the residential complex being built in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) has many advantages that make it attractive both for living in Dubai and as a profitable real estate investment in the emirate.

The location where Fashionz is being built is very advantageous in relation to key points in the emirate. There are also numerous medical centers and aesthetic surgery clinics within a 10-minute drive radius.
