Regarding the project, the developer has planned the construction of three towers of different heights, which will house 187 residences with spacious wardrobes, built-in closets, and balconies overlooking the canal. The 3-bedroom apartment layouts include a maid's room with its own bathroom.

The podium and lower levels of the towers are designated for organizing public spaces for cluster residents. Safe playgrounds for active play and a separate pool will be built for children. Adult residents of the complex can spend time in the relaxed patio decorated in a tropical savanna style or by the pool.
